When will my order ship?

All items are made to order unless stated otherwise and typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be noted in the product description.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase as we cannot guarantee changes after that timeframe.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from California. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing before your order ships. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, but international orders typically arrive within 7 to 20 business days.

International customers, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local government and are not included in our product price or shipping cost.

Commonly affected countries:

  • Canada - GST/HST + handling fee
  • United Kingdom & EU (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, etc.) – VAT + handling fee
  • Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland – VAT + customs fees

Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. Your local postal service or courier will contact you directly if fees apply.

How do your items fit?

Our sizing is unisex and generally runs true to size. Size charts are available on each product page. If you're between sizes or prefer an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Washing and care instructions

To keep your pieces looking fresh:

  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Wash cold on gentle cycle
  • Hang to dry or tumble dry low
  • Avoid ironing directly over the design
Can I update or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, like fixing a shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that or once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee any updates.

Make sure to include your order number and any updated details so we can help you as quickly as possible.

At this time we do not accept cancellations or order holds, so please double-check that your information is correct before checking out.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong order, email us at hello@thesixonethree.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
